About Me
Welcome, my name is Cath and I’m a qualified Complementary Therapist with a Diploma in both Holistic Counselling and Energy Healing. I am also a Reiki Master.
My own healing journey began many years ago having encountered and overcome some challenging issues in my life. Although I’ve always held a deep interest in the spiritual world, for a time my life lacked direction and meaning. It wasn’t until my move to the Gold Coast in 2007 and connecting with special individuals, that I was able to find that direction again.
In some respects, I’ve always considered myself a healer having had the ability to help people to heal through, understanding, compassion, laughter and love. So, in 2014 I took my first Energy Healing course and have been fascinated by energy healing practices ever since. I believe my healing journey has brought me closer to my life purpose and feel blessed that I’m now able to guide my clients through their own healing journey.
I am passionate about energy healing and helping others as so many of us are in pain both mentally and physically. My hope is that through my Complementary Therapies Practice, I will help others to achieve optimal health and well-being. I also like to use crystals and colour while doing healing sessions. Using their beautiful subtle energies to help release mental, physical, and spiritual blockages.
In 2018 I completed my studies as a Complementary Therapist and am delighted to now have my own practice here at Ormeau, on the northern end of the Gold Coast.
I believe we are all on a journey of self-discovery, and I use my healing abilities for “the highest good”. Thank you for allowing me to support you on your healing journey.
