Choose Happiness
As human beings we want nothing more than to be happy. Yet often we find ourselves questioning this, believing we don’t deserve to be happy, or that maybe it’s selfish to want happiness. We may feel guilty for nurturing our personal happiness when there are others in the world suffering. Yet, if it’s others we’re truly thinking of, they’re better served by us when we’re happy and in good health.
Happy people are known to be more generous and sociable and tend to think about others more that themselves. They are less likely to hurt others, are more kind, healthier and live longer. Some ways we can become happier are meditating daily, stop judging others, practice self-care, practice gratitude, practice generosity and live authentically.
Choose happiness and follow your dreams knowing the more happy people there are in the world, the happier the world will be.
